Ideations of UI Design on Naver Shopping for Older Adults & Understanding Older Adults’ Perceptions of XAI (HCIK 2024)
Working with Yoobin Elyson Park, Esther Hehsun Kim, Yujin Hong, SeonYul Lee, and Seohyung Kim, Hajin Lim, and Joonhwan Lee, we conducted in-depth interviews involving think-aloud sessions and design workshops to identify and address problems. Further, we utilized XAI survey metrics tailored for older adults, drawing on insights from previous literature. Additionally, we created user interfaces aimed at improving the interaction of older adults with XAI systems.
